One Role of the Elder is to stand in responsible support of the ManKind Project, it’s leaders and it’s Center Leadership. The MKP Elder honors and respects men who lead and he stands firmly against improper attacks on leaders. At the same time, the Elder is the one who is often most qualified to watch for shadows and call Center leaders on any inappropriate behavior.
