You will be sent a google form closer to the event that collects information about your food, mobility and other needs.

Registration includes your transportation to and from the airport to the gathering location, your room and food for the event. Rooms are double occupancy in two layouts. 50 double rooms, 25 quadruples. Double rooms will go to couples first, on a first come first serve basis.

QUADRUPLE ROOMS – consist of two independent rooms, each with its own entry door. There are two double beds in each room. Each room has another door to a short common aisle that serves as a dressing room with a washing sink. This aisle opens to the WC, which opens to the shower. No bathtubs.

DOUBLE ROOMS – are the same, but the aisle connects only to one room
